Appointment Cancellations Require a 24 Hour Notice by Phone at 423-650-6175 Cancellations with less than 24 Hour Notice or No-Shows to a Scheduled Appointment Are charged the full amount to your account. If Appointment is scheduled with a Gift Certificate and the Guest is a No-Show or does not provide 24 Hours notice of Cancellation the Gift Certificate is nullified and marked as redeemed to cover the allotted time unused.
