Cancellations require a 24-hour notice by phone at 423-650-6175. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the service booked.  If No-Show or cancelled less than one hour before the scheduled appointment, the full amount will be charged to your account. If payment was to be made with a Gift Certificate and the Guest is a No-Show or does not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, the Gift Certificate is nullified and marked as redeemed to cover the allotted time unused.  By scheduling an appointment at Whispering Willow Spa, you agree to these terms and conditions.
