*Credit card required to reserve your time*
When you book an appointment, we reserve that time just for you. When you cancel with inadequate time, we do not get to fill that appointment. When we don't have an appointment, we do not get paid.
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be expected to pay 50% of the service booked.
If canceled an hour or less before the appointment or no-show, 100% of payment will be expected.

Cancellations require a 24-hour notice by phone at 423-650-6175. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the service booked. If No-Show or cancelled less than one hour before the scheduled appointment, the full amount will be charged to your account. If payment was to be made with a Gift Certificate and the Guest is a No-Show or does not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, the Gift Certificate is nullified and marked as redeemed to cover the allotted time unused.
