Appointment Cancellations Require a 24 Hour Notice by Phone at 423-380-8118. Cancellations with less than 24 Hour Notice or No-Shows to a Scheduled Appointment Are charged the full amount to your account.  If Appointment is scheduled with a Gift Certificate and the Guest is a No-Show or does not provide 24 Hours notice of Cancellation the Gift Certificate is nullified and marked as redeemed to cover the allotted time unused.  By Scheduling an Appointment at Whispering Willow Spa, You agree to these Cancellation terms and conditions.
