Cancellations require a 24-hour notice by phone at 423-650-6175. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the service booked. If No-Show or cancelled less than one hour before the scheduled appointment, the full amount will be charged to your account. If payment was to be made with a Gift Certificate and the Guest is a No-Show or does not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, the Gift Certificate is nullified and marked as redeemed to cover the allotted time unused.
